The Certificate in Ministry (SoMi) is a foundational mentorship journey designed to help believers discover, understand, and grow in their ministry calling. Rooted in Ephesians 4:11–16, this program focuses on identifying the grace God has placed on each mentee and guiding them into clarity of identity, function, and purpose in the body of Christ.
SoMi is not an academic qualification but a 9‑month, ministry‑specific mentorship program that provides spiritual alignment, biblical grounding, and practical support for those who sense the weight of God’s call on their lives. Through focused teaching, guided development, and personal mentorship, mentees gain confidence, clarity, and fruitfulness in their God‑given assignment.
• Understanding ministry identity and calling
• Foundations of faith and spiritual growth
• Introduction to the five‑fold ministry
• Practical ministry development
• Mentorship for clarity, confidence, and fruitfulness
• Alignment to biblical purpose and kingdom service
The SoMi program exists to help believers clear the “mist” around calling, identity, and ministry function. Many feel the burden of God’s call but lack direction — SoMi provides the mentorship, structure, and spiritual support needed to walk boldly and faithfully in that calling.
This program strengthens the mentee without removing them from their local church. It is designed to complement and empower their service, ensuring they grow while remaining committed to their home assembly.
