The Leadership Development Institute (LEADi) equips emerging and established leaders with the biblical foundations, practical skills, and character formation required for effective leadership in ministry, organizational, and community contexts. This program integrates spiritual formation, leadership theory, and hands‑on leadership practice.

Progression
