Diploma graduation requirements
Eligible TheoMi, SoTh and LEADi students pay R500 graduation for gown and certification, plus a R150 CRAFTED Conference contribution. These charges are not tuition fees.
SoMi completion requirements
SoMi is a calling-specific mentorship programme, not an examinable qualification and not a graduation programme. Completion requires 90% attendance, R150 certification and a R200 CRAFTED Conference contribution.
Semester planning
Pay for the modules you are taking.
After registration, tuition can be paid per registered module, by semester, or in flexible partial amounts against the student account. A verified payment is allocated to the correct modules and an email receipt is issued.

Secure payment choices
Pay online with PayFast or by bank transfer.
PayFast opens only from the application or signed-in myCharismi account, where the amount and student reference are verified by the system. For EFT or cash deposit, use the official details and retain proof of payment.

How payment protection works
Uploading EFT proof does not automatically mark an account paid. Finance verifies the transaction first. Authenticated PayFast notifications can confirm online payments automatically.
Receipts and balances
Every confirmed payment is recorded in the student ledger. An email confirmation is sent, and signed-in students can download the official receipt from myCharismi.
